Security Guards UK has over 20 years of experience in security services. Providing help to facilities and sites across the UK, they’re highly preferred among businesses. I had hired them for my charity shop, and they’ve been superb in the services they provide.
Their services reach a wide range of sectors, including retail, construction, and reception security.
When talking about accreditation, I was reassured by seeing their up-to-date connections with BSIA and FSB. Additionally, they’re also accredited with CHAS.
Aside from normal security guards, I found their list of additional guard types to be extensive. For instances of fires, their fire marshals are ready to serve. When areas need to be monitored around the clock, they have specially trained static guards.
Highly dangerous sites can also avail of Security Guards UK’s canine security. These dogs are trained to sniff out specific substances, like drugs or firearms, to keep the premises safe and secure.
However, due to their popularity as a business, it will be difficult to book a large number of their guards without upfront payments.

Having provided security services for over 20 years, Crown Security Services is a great choice for those looking for a family-owned business. Unlike others, their team consists of generalist security guards and several specialists for certain sectors.
Their security services cover most of the basics. I found that their basic personnel are able to provide keyholding services and mobile patrols within property limits. Their security can also be stationed anywhere inside a property.
In cases where the property has CCTV, they can provide guards who can monitor it 24/7.
For specialist cases, I’d suggest availing of their Enhanced Security Packages. They can be deployed for either construction sites or residential areas. You can even hire undercover security to accompany you for close protection services.
Additionally, I appreciate that their security personnel are accredited with BSIA and SIA.
However, they can be frigid and distant, as a few clients who have hired them have mentioned.

I found their range of services to be extensive, having dedicated personnel for all types of guardwork. Aside from the typical door supervisors and static security, they also have unique offers. One that stood out is their mobile patrol that can secure a large area.
I even liked their niche security services. Their TV production security works closely with media teams at any event to secure the area for proper coverage.
As for their alarm response officer, they’re great at responding to emergencies and are always at the ready.
I am pleased by their close monitoring of the UK’s threat level criteria for each job. They assess each event or property and provide insights into the type of security that they’d recommend.
However, due to the complexity and extent of their services, they can be an expensive choice compared to others.

Eagle Security Protection is great for those who need emergency deployment. I was impressed that they have a dedicated on-call duty team active 24/7, which can be dispatched at the request of any of their clients.
Planning closely with their clients, they tailor each job to their needs. I’d describe them as close-knit because each team has a dedicated support staff in their in-house control room.
Conveniently, they also audit everything, including incident reports and digital logs. They even provide a copy of these to their clients.
Additionally, their team also provides a single point of contact officer who keeps their clients informed about the entire project.
Their team consists of Facility Management Security Personnel, which is great for warehouses and large facilities. There are also Personnel Guards and Site Security who are great for patrols or for staying with guests.
However, I was disappointed that they don’t have any insurance or liability claims.

ISA offers more than security. Their team can keep your entire business or estate running smoothly and on time. They have personnel for all sorts of tasks, most notably in reception and paramedic services.
I can’t help but gush about their security guards. They can work on all sorts of jobs, from manning CCTV rooms to guarding certain rooms, as well as entrances and exits.
In addition to these, they also have security dogs that can accompany their guards, providing for a more secure premises.
They also offer estate services that can work closely with security, including internal and external cleaning. In addition, they communicate any suspicious behavior from guests to their clients and the guards.
When emergencies strike, their paramedic services kick in and provide prompt response to medical situations.
The downside to their wide range of services that they come at a higher price than most competitors.
